Already using the earlier app?

Already using an Akram app? Install the version shown on its card over the existing app to update; keep the app installed. Admin 1.0.7 and Partner 1.0.16 separate details/label photos from customer listing photos. Admin can crop/edit photos, select the best cover and approve which images appear to customers. Unselected candidate and details photos stay private. They also add HDD/SSD health status, optional health percentage and original test screenshots. Customers see the seller-reported health in the category and product details. Drive descriptions are generated automatically from available specifications and health. Exterior photos do not establish drive health; untested drives show Not tested. Automatic product details also retain these fixes: new listings start as New, obvious visible wear can suggest Used, and your manual condition choice is preserved. Model markings retain their exact characters. AC remotes use AC Spare Parts. Admin can disapprove live products with a reason and approve them again; Partner shows feedback and supports resubmission for review. Partner uploads and reads photos together. Background cleanup no longer blocks price entry or submission. Add a front photo and label, choose your cover, and pinch to zoom before submitting. The original capture and manual photo edits are preserved when automatic cleanup is unavailable. AI recognition and image preparation require available API credits; the captured photo is kept when unavailable. Photo upload retry keeps your photo and filled details. Your login, products and orders stay in place. These separate apps also install alongside the older combined Akram Orders app.

About order alerts

Internet is required. Admin and Partner apps play order alerts while open. Delivery staff refresh their assigned jobs in the Delivery app. Background push and SMS/WhatsApp alerts still need service setup; they are not active yet.
